We work closely with the developer at the design phase through a consultative approach, to scope and design the networks’ foundation and life cycle, to support the integration of modern technologies.
During this phase, we work cohesively with the Project Design team to identify any potential risks, while providing security and peace of mind throughout the construction process. This involves clearly defining the projects’ scope and purpose. This is critical to ensuring goals are aligned and client expectations are met.
During the execution phase, we oversee quality control, monitor progress and coordinate permits.
Our Project Management team works collaboratively to execute and monitor the progress of works to completion, with a focus on compliance, risk mitigation and performance.
Our systematic process is adopted to ensure the asset and equipment performs according to its design intent. Vigorous testing is conducted and measured prior to handover.
Once the project has been delivered, our comprehensive Network & Management solutions includes the support, maintenance and billing of the asset equipment. This also encompasses the benefit of full network reporting and administration.
