The developers for this project enlisted us to design a modernised essential services infrastructure network.
Located in one of Melbourne’s most coveted suburbs, we helped implement a fully embedded micro-grid network that provides the backbone for all essential services to over 90 apartments. This included electricity, centralised hot water, telecommunications and enterprise-grade internet services. Key to this project was a sustainable essential services solution that could support the intricate needs of this large mixed-use development.
