Ovation was commissioned to add essential infrastructure to an existing development to support a residential community containing over 40 residential units.
Our team worked with the developer to successfully add a rearticulated network and assets in a new location. Along the way, we assisted and educated the developer in order to help them understand and appreciate the benefits associated with a fully embedded electrical network. This resulted in an efficient and sustainable solution that ultimately added value to the asset.
