This development, located in the heart of Blackburn, had a complex array of requirements. With 38 residential units sitting above three commercial units and one retail space, our team deployed a full-scale embedded electrical network and other essential services. These services needed to be deployed all while taking into consideration the varying needs of the community, including residents, business owners, customers and other visitors. We assisted the developer to implement fully managed ongoing essential services, allowing them to add value to the project.
